• Check in time is at 10 am on 11th March
• The person who has made a booking must check-in at the designated secretariat counter and present his identity card for verification purposes. The organisers reserved their rights to  refuse entry of any or all campers in the event the name used for booking does not match that on the identity card provided at check-in. This is for insurance and security purposes.
• Declare total number of campers, full name and contact details
• RM50 per tent will be collected as a refundable deposit
• Camper must read the campsite rules provided and fill the indemnity form

• Check out time is 12pm on 12th March 
• Ensure that the area is clean and tidy before departing
• Inform the secretariat counter when leaving
• Get the security and cleaning deposit refunded

There is No age limit, persons of all ages are welcomed to join our glamping event. However, it is advised that children and elders must be accompanied and taken care of by an adult at all times throughout the glamping period.

Kuching Urban Youth Glamping Festival Glamping Site is located at the rooftop (R Floor) of Aeon Mall Kuching. A layout of the location will be provided

• The parking rate for the first 4 hours is free but after 4 hours, the parking rate is on an hourly basis and a flat rate of RM 4 will be charged for overnight parking.
• Campers may drive their car up to the roof and each Lot has a designated parking spot next to the tent
• Aeon Mall requires information such as Car plate number, I.C number and full name to allow entry. 

• Toilet is available at Level 3
• Surau is available within Aeon mall
• Designated smoking area will be indicated in layout
• There will be No Shower facilities
• Water access will be provided and indicated in layout
• There will be No plug port/charging port available

Yes,  depends on availability on event day

You can bring a baby or toddler at no additional charge.

 Yes, but with prior notice to organiser/person in charge

It is mandatory for all campers to bring their own garbage bags for disposing general and food waste. There will be rubbish bin provided

Though the walls are 6 meters high, it will still be your responsibility for your kids’s safety

No, bricks and weight are provided but participant are encouraged to bring own brick to tie down the tent

There will be two sections of the festival. The glamp site (where all the tents are setup)  will strictly be off limits to all public visitors. Public visitors are welcome at the public area there are other activities.
